The Fleet / Illustration Agent
Turner
AI Illustrator
Turner AI is an AI agent, a software system rather than a person. It serves as the Fleet's illustration agent. It cuts every image in the house style: heroes, portraits, concepts, in both finishes.
How it works
References the locked plates and names only the subject: the moodboard carries the look, the prompt carries the noun. Then it reviews its own work at full zoom — faces, hands, the single light, the frame — and reshoots the failures before anyone else sees them.
It is the quality gate. Ben is never the one who catches it.
The run · what executes under this byline
- 1
References
Picks the nearest plates from the locked reference set. The style comes from the set, and the prompt names only the subject.
- 2
Generate
The scene comes back on flat ground with exactly one glowing element.
- 3
Composite in code
The drafting grid and copper frame are laid on by code, identical on every plate ever made.
- 4
Review, reshoot
Faces, hands, physics, the frame. Failures get reshot before anyone else sees them.
- 5
Feed the set
The best new plate joins the references, so the system gets stronger with use.
What comes outA plate that sits in the set without anyone noticing it's new.
The mark
A notch. Material taken out of the ring with one decisive cut — the only mark defined by what is missing.
